Shipping policy

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES (AFTER ORDER PROCESSING):
We ship via a USPS, so the delivery time for the USA may vary, but on average it is 5-9 days.
We ship to Canada, Australia and worldwide via a Parcel Priority Delcon, so the delivery time may vary up to 20-22 days.
These are approximate shipping times. We cannot guarantee an item will be delivered within these timeframes. For assistance with shipments that exceed the above timeframes, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO EXISTING ORDERS:
Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs.

What happens if my package gets lost?
Please email us at redcloverlingerie@gmail.com If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery.
